Surgical Area

Surgical areas of our Health Department 5 are located in two different centres, the Hospital Clínico Universitario (“Clinical University Hospital”) and the Hospital Malvarrosa (“Malvarrosa Hospital”).[image src=»https://www.anestesiaclinicovalencia.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/bloquequirurgico.jpg» align=»right» border=»1″] Due to the existing differences between each centre and its location, each one was prepared so they can smoothly accommodate different types of patients and pathologies. Thus optimizing resource efficiency and the highest quality service is provided.

The Hospital Clínico Universitario is a so-called tertiary hospital in which all kinds of surgeries are performed, including highly complex, since it has the technology means and the required infrastructure for this.

The Hospital Malvarrosa, with its strategic location overlooking the sea, was the first centre in Valencia where the outpatient surgery performing began. It is equipped with the most suitable to accommodate patients who require outpatient surgery infrastructure.
